It has been a little hard getting Joe Joe to STAY in his bed. It is so big, and roomy, and tempting... he can play, jump, climb, read, torment his sister-- a busy little boy's DREAM: FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!
We have had a few, um, battles over going to bed, and I think we are finally making some headway. Not every night is perfect, but not every night drags on until midnight either, as they did the first few nights of getting the kids to sleep in the same room again. Which is hard, I might add, to want so much for them to be best friends and love each other, then to have to be a mommy monster when they laugh and giggle and play for all hours of the night. If it weren't for the next day's consequences of sleepless kids, I would ignore it. But, I, the mom, pay the ultimate price for kids who are tired.
GO TO SLEEP SADIE! JOE JOE!! NO MORE TALKING!!

we are going to have to fight this "battle" soon, as we want the baby to be in it's own room and the girls sharing, what tips do you have?
