Some Brynlee updates:
She is almost 4 weeks old (on Thursday). She started smiling about a week ago. They are few and far in-between, but you can see it in her eyes just before her lips move. She has struggled with keeping food down, and had a few scary days there when she threw up after every feeding. We took her to the doctor, and they put her on an antacid. I took her off when I realized it wasn't helping. She is doing much better, the past few days, still throwing up, but not as much. She doesn't like to have her arms swaddled, I have to leave them out when I make a baby burrito. She knows when she is being held in her sleep, and when she is not. She will voice a LOUD opinion when she disapproves of being set down.
She has no interest in sleeping at night. And prefers to dine every 2 hours. Mommy is tired. But happily in love.

She looks SOOOOO much like Sadie and Joe Joe!!! The family resemblance is striking. And the white streak in her hair...darling! Ah...Mamma Witters...prayers to you for surving the sleepless days and nights while still being a mom to two other toddlers. But being in love with your newborn is so awesome...the true miracle of life!
