I don't have a picture to commemorate the event, my camera was put away in the closet when it happened. Tonight I was putting the finishing touches on Mother's day cards (YES I know they are late. YES I know Mother's day was Sunday. I was in the Hospital. I'm fine now--kinda--long story, I'll blog it later).
BACK to the story. Try and stay with me. I was closing the envelopes licking them shut (gives me the creeps just thinking about it, and tasting the remnants of the nasty paste in my mouth), with my very observant two-year-old standing watching me. I set down a blue envelope and Sadie bends over and just gives the whole thing a once over with her tongue. I burst out laughing. So funny. She looked up at me with that tiny pink tongue still out to her chin, and, being my comedian, realized she was funny, and licked it again, and again.
Sorry for the wrinkled envelope mom. It's Sadie's fault.

I knew that's where that was going. I guess because I have a two year old too. She's so stinking cute!
