We met Joe in D.C. and went to the zoo together during his lunch (and then some).
I wish I could have caught it on film, but Sadie's favorite animals were the otters and gorillas.
She is watching the turtes here.
Yeah. Poor 'lil Joe. We didn't bring him a hat, and found this one by the allogator.
He also got stuck watching the doll.
Side note: I love that Joe leaves the house in a shirt and tie every day. Yummy.

Looking back at this post, it is a little creepy. It sounds odd to have just found a hat (and no child attached) next to the alagator pit.
Good point Erin! Where is that poor kid? Joe might not appreciate that picture some day, but it is better than getting a sunburn.
I love that picture of Sadie! I've been meaning to take Nick to the zoo, I think he would like it too.
