Random

Before it gets too hot and muggy around here, and in between rainy days, we have been going out on walks.  While we were out last week, we came across this momma turtle.

She has dug for herself a little hole, and was setting up to lay eggs.  Kind of an odd location if you ask me.  I may be interrupting nature's process of natural selection and checking on her eggs from time to time when we walk.

Joe Joe LOVES anything electronic.  I came downstairs to find him on the couch with the laptop on his lap computing away.  He will be 18 months at the end of this month (NO WAY), and so we took him for a test run in nursery 2 Sundays ago.  The Tuesday morning after his escapade in Nursery (like 12 a.m.) we were in the ER.  Joe Joe was gasping for air, and was running a fever.  After this test and that swab, followed by an x-ray, it was determined he had a virus (thanks to sucking on the blocks at Nursery no doubt) of the NON-RSV variety, thank goodness, and had the beginnings of pneumonia.   At 4 a.m., he was sent home with three prescriptions.  Sadie and I caught it too, but it manifest itself with a runny nose and a cough.  No, I  did not take him in today.
