So, I have 5 weeks left until the "due date." Sadie was 4 days "late", Joe Joe was spot on as far as E.T.A.. I am big. Although, I don't think I am as big as I was with Joe Joe (a discovery I concluded while looking at old stretch marks and determining if they were being re stretched or not). I will have to actually take a picture and then look at it to compare. For some reason, I have not been motivated to do so this time around.
Being that there are 5 weeks until our 40 week mark, and 37 weeks is considered "full-term", if I were to begin labor in 2 weeks no one would stop me. However, most pregnancies average 41 weeks. Thus, I have somewhere between 2 and 6 weeks left. That is a big gaping window to which I am left gazing and hoping.
In other news, my son is HILARIOUS. The other night, he woke up screaming for his favorite thing, "THOMAS!! THOMAS!!!" He could not be consoled. He just needed his train. Tuesday, I dropped Sadie off at preschool. I leave Joe Joe in the car while I walk to the door--he can see us every step of the way. I climb back into the car, and his eyes are red and wet. "Momma, I cryin'!" He says. "Sadie get out!" He didn't like leaving his sister behind. Or, maybe he felt like the one left behind. Either way, it broke his heart, and he found the words to tell me. Amazing.
1:30 A.M. this morning: "DADDY! I JUMPIN!" DAAAAADDDDDDYYY! DAD! DAD! DAD! I JUMPIN'!" Apparently he was jumping. We laughed, stayed in our beds, and let him jump until he fell back asleep. He did. Miraculously, Sadie slept through the monkey jumper.

He is funny! He takes after you ya know.
I can't believe that you only have five more weeks!!! That went super duper fast...for me anyways. Lil Joe sounds hilarious..and a lot like my Lincoln. He's a super fast talker and we are constantly amazed at what he's saying and what he understands. Miss you guys! Can't wait to find out what you are having? DO you know???
Ahh...the countdown. You are close and I'm so excited to find out what you are having. Not as excited as you I'm sure. I'll be waiting. Good luck here at the end.
I can NOT believe how much Joe Joe is talking! I want to hear his sweet little voice... we sure miss you guys!
Hang in there sweetie! I am so glad that you are in the last month! That always put me at ease that there really is a light at the end of the tunnel when you have less weeks than fingers on one hand. Woohoo! I can't wait to see this little one. I think you need to have a poll to see what people think you are having. It would be fun!
