Perhaps you know this, but while I was pregnant with Sadie, I taught preschool as the head teacher of the classroom. I got the phone call for the job while I was walking down the baby isle at a party store looking for things to use to tell Joe we were pregnant. I found out that day. It was also our anniversary. Or, as I put it our, "happy anni-nursery."
I love to teach. It is one of my favorite things to do, and so when Sadie joined a co-op preschool group, and I was given the opportunity to teach now and again, well, lets just say I was THRILLED. And BONUS! Sadie was one of the students.
She LOVES preschool and talks about it all week. Often I have sat in the living room while she teaches me at her own, "preschool." I am able to catch a glimpse of what the other mommies do because of what she says, and the manner that she teaches me. I hope we get to do it again in the fall!!
