Hay Ride, Feeding the Goats, and a Baby Toss

For a quarter, you could buy grain to feed the goats. The kids LOVED feeding those stinky animals.

There wasn't a race to see who could throw their kid higher, but Joe would totally have that category all locked up.

On the hay ride there was home pressed cider. YUM!

Someday he will be too big to kiss his daddy double cupped, and hold my hand. What will I do then?

Ah yes, the caterpillar. Joe spotted the little red and brown fuzzy creature inching it's way across the street. It had managed to dodge all the traffic, and was about to reach it's goal--

until we scooped it up.

As soon as the kids touched it, it curled up, like a little roley-poley and wouldn't let go. He may have worked so hard only to have a heart attack and die.

But my kids laughed SO hard. What a way to go.
