My illusive husband has been working really hard these past few weeks. He was put in charge of the organization and carry out of a rather large conference for all the PAOs (Public Affairs Officers--I know acronyms. I am still trying to learn to speak government). Anyway, note the open seat next to Joe, and the "reserved" sign. Who could that be for?

I think that other lady thought this picture was all about her. It wasn't.
