A friend of ours invited us to her graduation party at the beach. Apparently there is a housing unit out here that had foresight enough not to build a community pool, rather a big lake. Then, they piled sand on it's shore and called a "beach." Brilliant. I wonder how much more they were able to charge for this "beach" amenity.
Here we see a communication error. I was supposed to bring Joe's swimming apparel when I picked him up from the train after work so he could get in with Sadie, and I would hold Joe Joe. And while I did bring him a t-shirt with his trunks, I neglected to tell him before he changed. I did blank on sandals. Good thing Sadie has no understanding of "cool."
I don't know whose innertube that was, but Sadie helped herself. Funny how kids have no concept of belongings, unless it is their own.

There is nothing cuter than a baby in a swimsuit - or a daddy in half work clothes, half swimwear who is willing to dress that way for his little girl!
I wish we had a "beach" nearby. There is no sand at the park, only gravel or wood chips.
In a way I guess I could...it's called a PICTURE.
