A wagon train would form a circle and connect ends as a defense against danger when threatened. I can't help but think of that when I saw those men who circled around my baby Joe, (and Sadie) and cradling him in their arms, under the voice of my sweet husband used the power of the priesthood to bless him.
What an amazing protection he has, and I know if he or Sadie ever needed anything there would be so many who would rally to circle them again.
How amazing to know you have such love and support. I hope all of our friends and family know we would do the same for them.

I had never thought about that analogy with the wagons circled in... you are so clever! I love it!
Congratulations on the blessing day, I am happy so much family was able to make it.
I love the babble-ing, we are doing a lot of the same thing, SO CUTE!
I'm glad one of the grandparents could make it!
And lots of sweet friends.
I'm reading through your recent posts and thinking, "what a tender and sweet heart she has" and then I get to this post and about burst into tears. What a beautiful analogy. I will never look at a baby blessing the same way again. Erin, your a great example to me!
