I made a concerted effort to up Sadie's ballet attire before her second class. Success. I made a tutu and was able to get my hands on a leatard and ballet slippers.
She did much better too. She fully participated, and actually would run over to where I was standing, leaving the group, and show me what she had just learned. I got a close up demonstration of the plie,
and learning to stand on her tip toes.
I am so happy that she loves her class, and is warming up to it. Incidentally, she wears her ballet slippers and tutu all day.
I don't make her take them off.
